"Express Lane", which is a new Online Tech Support Service for Apple Warranty holders. The new Interface of this Express Lane is very easy to use, which allows us to tick boxes related to our Product and problem in order to narrow down the issue and offering assistance right after filling in the multiple choice selections, most of the time.
Apple has introduced this Express Lane Online Tech Service and it is now available to use from Apple's Officuial Website. Without having to interact with a support Tech, we can also lodge a question, which will require our serial key, and most of the time we will be able to get assistance directly from the new service.
